- Our flexibility: we propose to all our customers to carry out the analysis directly within their factory. In this way, we can take additional measurements, answer directly to your questions and give you a clear and precise report when our engineers leave your plant.
If you do not want any analysis in situ,
- our duty engineer hands you over a brief report which lists the analysed machines and emphasizes the ones which are defective, when he leaves your plant;
- we pay for additional measurements required for our measurement contract;
- we guarantee delivery of your analysis report within 24 hours after the measurement are taken.
- If a serious problem occurs during the analysis, you will be immediately contacted by phone or by e-mail.
- Our expertise: we offer you our know-how that is constantly enriched and improved. In fact, we work with several research centres and universities in order to improve our fault detection capacities.
- Our involvement: we make sure to form professional contacts with our customers in the long term. In this way, our policy is based on customer needs and satisfaction.
For this reason, we regularly ask you to assess the quality of our performances and we take your requirements (production, maintenance interruption) into account when we suggest cessation of production.
