Infrared Inspections

Detect hot spots before they become problems

Infrared Thermography is the safest, non-intrusive and most efficient technique to identify fault & overheating early before they become more serious and expensive to repair. By capturing heat-generated images, it’s possible to measure the temperature in real time and at a safe distance. Then, the data can be interpreted either by your maintenance team or by our engineers. Thermography can be applied to electrical and/or mechanical systems to identify thermal profiles of specific components by identifying hot or cold spots which could potentially lead to a component or system inefficiency – and potential failure.

What benefit?

  • Non-contact type technology
  • Detect temperature anomalies
  • Fast, reliable & accurate output
  • Large surface areas can be scanned in a short time
  • Affordable and cost-effective

What can you monitor?

  • Bearing and Couplings Defects
  • Seals Issues
  • Barrier System Failures
  • Alignment Issues
  • Heat Dissipation
  • Lubrication Issues
  • High Resistance Connections
  • Faulty Fuse Clips
  • Loose Connections
  • Faulty Transformer Bushings
  • Heat Exchanger Issues
  • Boiler Inefficiencies
  • Steam Trap Failures
  • Refractory Degradation
  • Insulation Failures
  • Building Envelope Defects
