A teamwork role-play which shows the different actors who take part in a maintenance plan. Punctuated by events and actions to manage current or more difficult situations.

Target

  • Help to determine parameters and constraints intrinsically linked to preventive and predictive maintenance plan making on industrial equipment.

Pursuit of Reliability

Board game that shows different scenarios  as part of a factory management. Punctuated by several events such as breakdown, production shutdown and other critical situations. The player has to react and find the best strategy by offering different reliability solutions so as to insure the production growth.

Target

  • Raising awareness of the impact of maintenance strategy over equipment  availability, risk management and production increase.
  • Discovering through a playful activity our portfolio of reliability projects.

I-plan

The participants will simulate a Shutdown process in team, starting from the initiation up until the evaluation. This Simulation mimics reality up until the most unexpected details. I-plan is an exciting and interactive way of simulating a real Shutdown with all the typical challenges of a real one; parts management, resource restrictions, quality issues, problems with contractors, challenges in scheduling, work execution management etc.

They will have to plan and schedule the workload on a gameboard with logistical and safety related restraints using interactive assets and closed zones. Even the scoping and management of the critical path is included in the simulation. They will do this in a race against time, because....Time is money!

Target

  • Understanding the advantage of a clear and detailed Shutdown process and acquiring new insight into this process.
  • To make the roles and responsibilities, organisation and efficiency of a Shutdown process more transparent for everyone.
