Stef’s job is to analyze periodically taken vibration data, but also take extra measurements to troubleshoot complex problems. He also takes measures to improve the current situation and improve reliability. Continuous improvement is his motto. To continue this trend in I-care, Stef’s been appointed as technical coach to improve and standardize the knowledge within I-care. Next to that, he is also S.P.O.C. for the Ineos Oxide site in Zwijndrecht, Belgium, where he manages all I-care’s services.
