Application Process

All open positions are published on the career pages of the website. You can click on the country of your choice and view the list of open positions available at any given time. You can also filter on different subdivisions for a better view of the jobs mostly related to your skillset.

From there, you can fill out the form and submit your application.

Yes, you may, but it is not necessary. We will review your application and try to find the best fit for any of the current or upcoming open positions.

After you have filled out the online application for a job at I-care Group, you will see an option to create a personal profile in the career portal. After creating a profile, you can login and view the status of your job application.

Given the COVID-19 pandemic, employees that are not required on customer sites are currently working primarily from home. In normal circumstances, most employees work onsite. We believe that we share knowledge, innovate and collaborate best when meeting in person, but we recognize that some tasks can be done just as effectively outside the office. I-care Group’s work-from-home guidelines blend office and remote working, as we believe both have benefits for individuals, the business and the environment.

Interview Process

We support lifelong learning for all employees, individually and collectively, regardless of your role within the company. We do so by offering an appropriate blend of training, certifications and  on-the-job learning experience. Together with the Learning & Development department, employees are empowered to continuously drive their own development so as to optimally support our business and customers. Our offering covers development in the area of technical skills development, as well as in the area of soft skills and (personal) leadership development.

An I-care Group recruiter will contact you within two weeks if we have questions about your application or if we would like to schedule an interview. Mostly you will be contacted within 48 hours.

I-care group is proud of its lean organizational structure and efficient business processes. The recruitment process consists of an initial introduction interview with a member of the recruitment team, in which we assess your background, basic technical skills, and your compatibility with the I-care Spirit. The second and final interview takes place with the hiring manager, often your team leader and/or a department director and somebody from the recruitment team. In this interview we will dig a lot deeper into your technical skills, your motivation and long term ambitions. 

For field related jobs, we might also invite you for a visit on a customer’s site, in order to show you live what our jobs are precisely about.

A recruitment specialist will review your resume and cover letter. Optionally a hiring manager will be involved in this stage.
