Wouter Bogaerts holds a Master’s in Electromechanical Engineering and is a certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) with additional certifications in predictive and proactive maintenance. Since 2016, he has worked at the Tisselt site of Etex Building Performance on projects to improve machine reliability.
He served one year as interim Maintenance Manager, leading to winning BEMAS’s Technical Team of the Year award. He now focuses on optimizing (lubrication) maintenance through training, improvement projects, and performing (lubrication) audits.
