Glenn graduated with a bachelor’s degree in maintenance technology and started in 2011 as a predictive analyst. Through the years, he became CCM-D of several industries (Lanxess Kallo, Milcobel Kallo, Indaver Antwerpen, Engie Electrabel Doel, Plasman). His main focus is to relieve the customer and think with the customer to improve their equipment. Since 2021, he has taken the opportunity to support the RCL department as a team leader in combination with the CCM-D of Engie Electrabel Doel.
