Jose built his career specially in the Pulp & Paper industry where he worked as an external consultant as well as an employee. With experience implementing and maintaining multi-technology programs including Vibration Analysis, Oil Sampling, Operators Driven Reliability, and Ultrasound Lubrication. One of the most challenging experiences is in culture change to get an organization to go from reactive to predictive mode. He has worked in different facilities across North America.
