I-care launches the Wi-care PURE and pioneers AI-powered predictive maintenance for all.

I-care, a global leader in machine health, today presented the latest innovation of its Wi-care product line, the Wi-care PURE. It is the first-ever system that is accessible to untrained employees and is compatible with all types of industrial assets. With this new breakthrough, the Belgium-based company pioneers the democratization of AI-powered industrial maintenance and makes it easier for industries to be even more productive, safer, and more sustainable. Fabrice Brion, CEO of I-care, proudly unveiled the Wi-care PURE during an online event that gathered close to 600 people from all over the world. The Wi-care PURE, which is composed of 1 to 4 wireless sensors and a tablet, is a revolution in the predictive and prescriptive maintenance industry. With its “plug, diagnose, solve” approach, it is the first-ever system that is accessible to beginners and experts alike and that is suitable for any type of industrial machine. The Wi-care PURE is fully wireless and integrates the best available technologies (piezo-sensor, high frequency and high-resolution measurements, ATEX…). Like all Wi-care products, it is directly connected to the I-see cloud platform and enables industrial customers to better manage their assets and reduce financial, quality, safety, and environmental risks. Fabrice Brion: “The Wi-care PURE is a game-changer in our industry. Thanks to our new Wi-care PURE, we make it much easier for industries to predict failures months or even years before they occur. This is critical: our clients are for example the companies that produce Covid vaccines, foods, or energy. Improving the safety, productivity and environmental performance of major industries all over the world is our contribution to a more sustainable and healthy economy!”
