When we began working with this partner in 2016, we started with a boots-on-the-ground approach to vibration monitoring. Teams responded to each site, set up offline sensors and assessed equipment in person. This hands-on methodology laid the foundation for trust as we delivered precise data to prevent costly downtime.

But as technology evolved, so did our services. Clients need solutions that grow with their businesses, and we listen.

Expanding the Scope of Our Projects

Soon, we added utility investigations such as air leak detection, steam trap inspections, and insulation gap checks to our suite of services. These services helped our partner save energy and boost efficiency across their sites.

By 2022, we had added lubrication services, which provide valuable data about machine wear and tear. Each step was about offering more value to our clients.

The real game-changer came with our shift to online monitoring. We started with a pilot program in West Africa, which included 20 assets. To date, we’ve deployed 15,000 sensors across 4,000 assets, with plans to hit 25,000 sensors by 2026.
