Mons, 8 July 2025 — Ahlem Ben Salem is a 31-year-old engineer who has just joined the I-care team. With her arrival, the Belgian group, a leader in industrial predictive maintenance, has reached a symbolic milestone of 1.000 employees, marking a new stage in its development.
Originally from Zwijndrecht and a University of Antwerp graduate, Ahlem chose I-care because she wants to ‘put technology at the service of a more sustainable industry’. “What struck me about I-care was the mindset of the teams. You can feel that the company isn’t just getting bigger, it’s growing with a very strong culture that you sense as soon as you walk through the door”, she says.
4 new recruits per week to support global ambitions
