Houston, TX, July 6th, 2021 – Texas-based I-care Reliability Inc. announced today the acquisition of California-based Lindsay Engineering. I-care Reliability Inc. is a Houston, Texas-based company (HQ2-Americas) that provides a suite of predictive maintenance, reliability and staff augmentation services for industrial manufacturers. Founded in 1998, Camarillo-based Lindsay Engineering delivers full-service condition monitoring solutions, PdM consulting & training, and integrated products across the energy and industrial manufacturing sectors.
The combined company expands its breadth of capabilities to improve asset and process performance, reduce maintenance costs and mitigate risks through the application of innovative methods, technologies and products. The company’s solutions will continue to enable better client decisions to improve their operational efficiency and maintain a competitive edge in the evolving digitalization age.
