This activity, which is totally complementary to the services already offered by I-care, comes from a simple observation: most customers use measuring and monitoring instruments that must be precise and that over time need to be controlled and adjusted.
All sectors are concerned: heavy industry, pharmaceutical industry that requires particular attention to standards monitoring, energy or the agri-food sector.
Calibration in measurement technology and metrology is the comparison of measurement values delivered by a deviace under test with those of a calibration standard of known accuracy. Two different devices - of different design, but also two devices of the same range (same brand, same model) - do not react in exactly the same way. So you need a procedure to get the same result from the same initial situation.
Calibration of measuring devices is necessary wherever they are used in areas related to quality and accuracy. The slightest measurement errors can significantly affect the safety of the production processes or the quality of the products. It is therefore necessary to make an adjustment, the adjustment of a measuring instrument, sometimes also called adjustment or improperly self-calibration or calibration, which is an operation performed to allow a measuring device to display values corresponding to given values of the physical quantity to be measured.

We can calibrate instruments in the following ways:
The control is carried out not on the sensors but also throughout the measuring line.
Example for a temperature test:
We perform a line test, converter test, bath dive or probe dry oven according to the temperature range.
Placement of several temperature and humidity probes according to the specifications provided by the customer.
This measurement carried out over time will make it possible to determine in temperature the hot and cold points in order to geographically locate the monitoring probe(s) necessary to have optimum control of the installation.
